Most wholesalers are running on a contract they downloaded once and have been quietly hoping is fine ever since. Subscribers get access to our current front-side (purchase) and back-side (assignment / end-buyer) contract templates and forms, plus support on transaction documents.

One important note on funding: if you’re applying for EMD or transactional funding on a deal, the front-side contract has to be either our template used in full and unmodified, the standard state-promulgated contract for that property’s state, or your own contract that we’ve reviewed and approved in writing beforehand. Deals on a non-approved front-side contract may be declined regardless of your subscription status — so if you want to run your own paper, get it approved before you need it.
